Hi my name is Sarah, I am 48 years young and live in the beautiful Waihi Beach.

I am currently working as an Early Childhood Educator at  a local Early Childhood Centre and have been there for eight years now.

I’m well travelled, I left New Zealand when I was 21 and spent the next 14 years exploring the world. Over this time I was nannying in England, Greece and America. I am experienced with children of all ages.

I love children, sports (especially watching the All Blacks), the outdoors, keeping fit and my happy place is definitely the beach.

I look forward to getting to know your family 🙂

Areas of service – Waikino, Waihi, Waihi Beach, Bowentown, Athenree, Tanners Point and Katikati.

Hello! My name is Rachel and I have recently made Waihi Beach my home.

I currently work at a natural health clinic and study herbalism so it’s fair to say I absolutely adore nature and am often finding ways I can explore more of our beautiful backyard here in NZ.

My last childcare position was as a nanny/carer for a young boy with ADHD. It’s a passion (and pleasure) of mine to be able to work alongside all children and learn their quirks and personalities, especially those that may struggle a bit in academic/social situations or who simply need a fun but responsible “big friend”.

I have experience with toddlers to teenagers and l really can’t wait to meet you and your family soon.

Areas of Service – Waikino, Waihi, Waihi Beach, Bowentown, Athenree, Tanners Point and Katikati.

My name is Bridget! To sum me up…. I’m an all round sorta girl. I was raised down in the Deep South, the eldest of a half rugby team with five younger brothers. I ventured north to study at uni and am very privileged to be working fulltime on the ambulance in this beautiful part of the country. In my free time you’ll find me out and about in the countryside, often milking cows. I love adventuring and exploring and am quite fond of biking, walking or hiking with a view!! Living at the beach is whole new experience and I am very much enjoying it!!

I absolutely love children and watching them grow. A huge passion of mine is creative, hands on learning. Baking, crafting, painting, reading, spelling, swimming, surfing, you name it we will give it a whirl!! I have experience with children of all ages, from wee tots right through to teenagers.

Pretty handy on a vacuum and am a proficient laundry folder!! Write me a list, nothing is ever a bother.

Thanks, heaps for your time!! I look forward to meeting you and your crew sometime soon.

Areas of service – Waikino, Waihi, Waihi Beach, Bowentown, Athenree, Tanners Point and Katikati.

Hiya, I’m Tracey. I’m an Aussie who moved to this awesome country in March of this year….after falling in love with everything New Zealand, during my first visit 15 years ago. Soon after that visit I met my partner, a kiwi, and fell in love. Two love stories in one year.💞💞

So, after 40 years in Darwin, the last 14 in the same house, we packed our life into a 40 ft box and headed “home” to NZ, a big tick off our bucket list. We have bought our home in Omokoroa, and started the huge renovation process, with every single room needing lotsa love. We have settled in to the neighbourhood very quickly, and are really enjoying the sense of community we feel here.

I am 54 years old, a Mum to two grown kids, fur-grandie to their 3 dogs, and surrogate Nanna to 6 of my friend’s little people… all in Australia. I miss spending time with those little folk, crafting up a storm, walks, playgrounds, kicking the footy around, or just quiet time curled up on the couch with a book or a great Disney flick.

I am really looking forward to meeting you and your family, please get in touch.

Areas of Service – Omokoroa and Katikati.

Hey, my name is Alisha and I’m the founder of Little and Nurtured.

I live in the amazing town of Waihi Beach and have been working in the Early Childhood sector for 4 years. I have completed a Bachelor of Teaching for Early Childhood Education and have a passion for learning about anything to do with children’s wellbeing and development.

From a very young age i have always enjoyed being around children. I love the way they bring you back to the present moment and remind you to enjoy the little things in life. I love all the unique stages of children and have experience with all ages.

Connecting with nature, embracing my family, and enjoying the simple things in life is what i value.

I look forward to connecting with your family 🙂

Areas of service – Waikino, Waihi, Waihi Beach, Bowentown, Athenree, Tanners Point and Katikati.

Hello, my name is Lily. I’m 19 years old and based in Bethlehem. I have had the privilege of looking after my 2-year-old nephew as well as two siblings aged 5 and 6 on a regular basis.

I love doing anything creative whether that be making music, painting or having a rather uncoordinated – slightly painful to watch – dance to Kate Bush. I love sharing these things with children and seeing their little faces light up.

I’m also a big believer in spending time outside and learning more about the world around us. So I’m more than happy to go on trips to the park.

Can’t wait to meet your little one/s!

Areas of service – Omokoroa, Te Puna, Bethlehem.
